How it works on GetirYemek

From the machine's stock to a GetirYemek order, automatically.

GetirYemek is one of Türkiye's two largest food-delivery apps. A machine listed on Getir appears as a restaurant; the operator holds the Getir merchant agreement and Getir pays the operator directly.

Getir's integration API does not create menus, so the menu is built once in the Getir restaurant panel with the same product names the machine uses. PickVend reads that menu, matches every product by name and switches it on and off as the machine's stock changes.

Getir expects an answer to each order within 30 seconds and at least a minute between confirmation and “prepared”. PickVend confirms against live stock in seconds, schedules the prepared call and reports the hand-over when the courier opens the door with the order code.

WHAT YOU NEED
  • A GetirYemek restaurant (merchant) agreement for the machine's location
  • Getir's approval of PickVend as the restaurant's integrator — Getir then issues a restaurant key to PickVend
  • The menu built in the Getir restaurant panel with the same product names as in the machine
  • A machine connected to its cloud
WHAT YOU DO
  1. Email getiryemekapi@getir.com from the restaurant's registered address and name PickVend as your integrator
  2. Build the menu in the Getir restaurant panel using exactly the product names the machine uses — PickVend matches by name and switches each item on and off with live stock
  3. Enter the Getir restaurant ID in the PickVend portal; a test order completes the activation
PLATFORM TIMELINE
Getir issues integrator and restaurant keys after its integration review and a go-live checklist (test orders for acceptance, cancellation and scheduled orders).
COURIER PICKUP
Getir couriers see the order's short confirmation code in their app and enter it on the machine. PickVend confirms the order within seconds (Getir calls the restaurant after 30 seconds without an answer) and reports the hand-over to Getir when the door opens.

€10 per machine per month. €1 per GetirYemek order.

No setup fee, no revenue share, no minimum term. GetirYemek pays you directly under your merchant agreement; PickVend invoices monthly from the order log in your dashboard.

How does PickVend get access to my Getir restaurant?

You approve PickVend as your integrator by emailing getiryemekapi@getir.com from the restaurant's registered address. Getir then issues a restaurant key to PickVend; you never type a Getir password into PickVend.

Can PickVend change prices on Getir?

No. Getir sets prices at chain level in its own panel. PickVend controls availability — items go off when the machine runs out and back on when it is refilled.

What does the courier do at the machine?

The courier scans the label on the machine and enters the order code shown in the Getir courier app. The door unlocks only for that order; on RFID fridges the picked items are checked against the order.
