● Onboarding

One integration. Four activation paths.

Every delivery platform activates an integration differently — who clicks what, how long the platform takes, and what the courier sees at pickup. This page sets out each path as the platforms themselves describe it, so you know what to expect before the first machine goes live.

Common to all platforms

Five steps, two to three weeks.

Most of the lead time is on the platform side. Our own work — catalogue import, machine connection, test order — takes two working days once we have access.

01

Merchant account

You hold the merchant account on each platform. Payouts, commissions and the customer relationship stay with you; PickVend is the integration partner and your data processor.

02

Reach out

Send us the machine make and model, the number of machines, the city and the platforms you want. We confirm compatibility within one working day.

03

Agreement

Review and sign the PickVend agreement and the Data Processing Addendum. Flat pricing — €10 per machine per month plus €1 per delivered order — no setup fee and no minimum term.

04

Connect

Grant PickVend access to the machine cloud and authorise PickVend on the platform (the exact clicks differ per platform — see below). We import the catalogue and inventory.

05

Test and go live

A test order is placed, picked up and verified end to end. The platform activates the store and you start selling.

By platform

What you need, what you click, what the courier sees.

Timelines are quoted from the platforms' own merchant documentation and from published integrator help centres; they describe the platform's side of the process, not a PickVend guarantee.

Wolt

Integration page →In integration

Markets · Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Baltics, Germany, Austria, Czechia and ~20 further markets

What you need

  • An active Wolt merchant account with KYC completed (trade-registry extract, UBO and bank verification)
  • Your venue's Wolt venue ID — read automatically when you authorise PickVend
  • A machine connected to its cloud (Selfly Cloud today)

What you do

  1. Sign in with your Wolt merchant credentials on the PickVend authorisation page, select the venue and tick “Allow integrator to act on your behalf”
  2. PickVend requests activation from Wolt; Wolt confirms by email when the integration is live
  3. After activation, assortment, prices and availability are managed through PickVend — not the Wolt menu editor
PLATFORM TIMELINE
Wolt: “The activation process usually takes 1–2 weeks.” Our part — catalogue import and test order — is done within two working days of access.
COURIER PICKUP
The courier sees the Wolt order number in the Wolt Partner app and enters it on the machine (last six characters, or the full number). Wolt itself does not issue a pickup code, so PickVend derives the unlock code from the order number.
GOOD TO KNOW
  • Wolt rejects orders not accepted within 3 minutes; PickVend accepts within seconds
  • Wolt onboards vending and unattended retail case by case through its technical account managers; PickVend handles that conversation
  • One authorisation covers one venue; multi-venue operators authorise once per machine or through a brand-level token arranged with Wolt

Uber Eats

Integration page →In integration

Markets · Poland, Sweden, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany and other Uber Eats markets

What you need

  • An Uber Eats merchant account for the market (per-country legal entity, licences, payout account)
  • Your store's Uber Eats store UUID — provisioned by Uber or through the PickVend connection flow
  • A machine connected to its cloud

What you do

  1. Authorise PickVend with your Uber Eats Manager login and select the stores to connect — or ask Uber's support team to link the store to PickVend
  2. PickVend registers as the store's order manager, which Uber requires for accepting and rejecting orders on your behalf
  3. Check the imported catalogue; connecting replaces the menu currently on the Uber Eats store
PLATFORM TIMELINE
Uber Eats: integration “can be up and running instantly or in about two days.” Uber charges no fee for the integration itself.
COURIER PICKUP
The courier sees a 5-character order code and the customer's first name in the Uber Driver app. That code is the unlock code on the machine.
GOOD TO KNOW
  • Uber Eats cancels orders not accepted within 11.5 minutes; PickVend accepts within seconds
  • Uber Eats has no “ready” signal: the courier is dispatched on Uber's predicted preparation time, which PickVend sets to the minimum
  • Published commission (delivery, Uber couriers): Poland 30 %, Sweden 30 %; activation fee 1 000 PLN / 3 500 SEK. Pickup and self-delivery plans are lower.

Deliveroo

Integration page →In integration

Markets · France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Italy, UAE, Kuwait

What you need

  • A Deliveroo partner account with Partner Hub admin access (food businesses in the UK need a hygiene rating of 2 or higher)
  • A Site location ID for each machine and a Brand ID — both are set in Partner Hub; PickVend tells you what to enter
  • A machine connected to its cloud

What you do

  1. Partner Hub → Integrations → Connect sites → choose PickVend, tick the site and paste the Site location ID we give you
  2. Select “I'll update my menu through my POS” and choose or create the Brand ID
  3. PickVend publishes the catalogue; you press “Check menu status”, then “Connect your Orders (POS)”. Choose the tablet-less option — a machine has no tablet
PLATFORM TIMELINE
Deliveroo: “up and running in as little as 7 days” for new partners; integrators report same-day to three-working-day activation for existing partners.
COURIER PICKUP
The rider scans or reads the 4-digit order number shown in the rider app. That number is the unlock code on the machine.
GOOD TO KNOW
  • Deliveroo auto-rejects orders not accepted within 7–10 minutes and may close a site after repeated auto-rejections; PickVend accepts within seconds
  • Deliveroo resets “sold out” flags every morning; PickVend re-syncs stock after each pickup and on a schedule so an empty slot never reappears as available
  • Deliveroo publishes no rate card; fees are a percentage of order value under your partner agreement

Glovo

Integration page →In integration

Markets · Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Serbia and further Glovo markets

What you need

  • A Glovo partner account; sign-up at sell.glovoapp.com (“response time is typically five business days; if positive, operational within 15 days”)
  • A Glovo store ID per machine, assigned by Glovo
  • A machine connected to its cloud

What you do

  1. Tell your Glovo account manager that PickVend is your integration partner and share the PickVend channel ID we give you
  2. Glovo's operations team enables the integration and issues the store ID; PickVend publishes the catalogue
  3. Glovo validates the catalogue (no zero-priced items, no emojis) and enables orders
PLATFORM TIMELINE
Integrators report “3–5 business days” for Glovo to enable an integration once requested through the account manager.
COURIER PICKUP
The courier sees a 3-digit pickup code in the Glovo courier app. That code is the unlock code on the machine.
GOOD TO KNOW
  • Glovo treats integrated orders as accepted; PickVend confirms acceptance and marks the order ready immediately
  • Glovo limits catalogue publishing to five per day; PickVend sends stock changes through the lighter update channel instead
  • Glovo runs two integration stacks (restaurant and retail); which one applies to a vending operator is decided by Glovo during onboarding
Checklist

What we need from you.

Everything on this list can be gathered in an afternoon. For operators with large assortments we take over catalogue preparation — product data, VAT classes and photos — as part of onboarding.

Send machine details
01Platform merchant login or the authorisation link for each platform
02Venue / store ID per machine (or we obtain it during authorisation)
03Machine make, model, location and the cloud or telemetry access
04Catalogue with product names, prices, VAT class and 16:9 photos
05Opening or access hours of the location
06Operating contact for exceptions (mismatch, door failure)
Operating standards

Built to the platforms' own thresholds.

Delivery platforms measure integrators on acceptance time, rejection rate and availability, and de-list those that fall short. PickVend is designed against the strictest of those thresholds.

ACCEPTANCE

Seconds, not minutes

Orders are validated against live stock and accepted automatically. Wolt requires under 3 minutes, Deliveroo under 7, Uber Eats under 11.5.

REJECTIONS

Below 1 %

Items go unavailable before they sell out and are reserved at order time, so rejections for stock stay under Wolt's 1 % limit.

AVAILABILITY

Webhooks answered

Every platform notification is acknowledged on receipt and processed asynchronously; failures are logged and retried, never silently dropped.

EVIDENCE

Every pickup logged

Door events, picked items and discrepancies are recorded per order — the record you need for claims and reconciliation.
