From the machine's stock to a GrabFood / GrabMart order, automatically.
Grab is the leading delivery platform in Southeast Asia. PickVend connects through the GrabFood Partner API: Grab pulls the menu from PickVend, each item carries the machine's current stock as Grab's max-stock value so Grab stops selling at zero, and orders are accepted automatically whether the store is set to auto- or manual-accept.
Singapore has the densest fleet of connected food machines in the region — robot kiosks, juice robots, hot-meal vending — and no vending merchant on any delivery app yet. PickVend lets an operator list those machines without changing the hardware.
The driver sees the short order number (for example GF-123) in the Grab Driver app and enters it on the machine. PickVend receives driver-allocated, driver-arrived and collected events and logs the pickup.

- Ask your Grab account manager to activate PickVend as the store's partner integration (or complete the activation PickVend sends you)
- Grab pulls the menu from PickVend; stock levels are kept in Grab's own max-stock field so Grab stops selling at zero
- A test order in Grab's sandbox completes the activation
