How it works on Trendyol Go (Uber Eats)

From the machine's stock to a Trendyol Go (Uber Eats) order, automatically.

Trendyol Go, now part of Uber Eats, runs a quick-market (Hızlı Market) and a restaurant (Yemek) marketplace in Türkiye. A machine is listed as a quick-market store or a restaurant branch under the operator's own seller account.

For packaged products the quick-market listing is the natural fit: PickVend publishes each product by barcode with its price and the machine's live quantity, so Trendyol Go stops selling an item the moment the machine runs out.

Orders are accepted against live stock and marked prepared immediately. The courier sees the short order code in the courier app, scans the label on the machine and enters the code to open the door.

WHAT YOU NEED
  • An active Trendyol Go seller account — quick-market (Hızlı Market) or restaurant (Yemek)
  • Supplier ID, API key and API secret from the seller panel (Account info → Integration info)
  • The Trendyol Go store (branch) ID
  • A machine connected to its cloud
WHAT YOU DO
  1. Send PickVend the supplier ID, API key and API secret from the seller panel — Trendyol Go issues them to the seller, no separate integrator approval is needed
  2. Quick-market sellers: PickVend publishes the products, prices and live stock per branch through the API
  3. Restaurant sellers: build the menu in the seller panel with the machine's product names; PickVend switches items on and off and keeps prices in line
PLATFORM TIMELINE
Self-serve once the seller account is active. The quick-market order webhook is registered by Trendyol Go on request after a stage test; restaurant orders are fetched every minute.
COURIER PICKUP
The courier sees the short order code (five characters after the Uber Eats migration) in the courier app and enters it on the machine.

Frequently asked

Do I need approval from Trendyol Go for PickVend?

No separate integrator approval. The seller panel issues the supplier ID, API key and API secret to the seller; you share them with PickVend, and every request PickVend makes is identified with your seller ID and PickVend's name.

Restaurant or quick-market?

Quick-market, if your seller account allows it: price and stock are fully managed through the API. On a restaurant (Yemek) account the menu is built in the seller panel and PickVend switches items on and off and aligns prices.

What changed with the Uber Eats migration?

The API and credentials stay the same. Order codes are five characters instead of three, some orders move to “invoiced” automatically, and address fields are masked. PickVend handles all three.
