Just Eat Takeaway's JET Connect API covers Just Eat in the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Spain, Italy and Norway and Menulog in Australia and New Zealand. PickVend connects as a JET Connect integrator: the menu is published per restaurant, sold-out items are removed on every sync and orders are accepted automatically.
Just Eat ignores or cancels unanswered orders; PickVend accepts within seconds with a two-minute ready time, because the products are already in the machine. The restaurant is taken offline automatically when the machine disconnects.
Just Eat issues no pickup code. The courier sees the friendly order reference in the courier app and enters its last six characters on the machine.
